What you will be doing.

Seeking SIGDEV Analysts (mid to senior level) proficient in multiple disciplines of SIGINT analysis to join our team. The analyst will provide Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) support within SIGINT development offices to high-profile government customers. The analyst will perform communications/user discovery using various tools, techniques, and processes, including social engineering and passive information gathering to enable research and analysis of complex digital communications and application layer protocols. The analyst will have experience with collection assets, with emphasis on access pursuit and recommending and implementing future collection operations. Perform queries and analysis using national databases and fusion of multiple intelligence disciplines. Draft formal and informal reports of your findings. Brief a variety of national and tactical consumers, orally and in writing.


What you will need.

Required Qualifications:

  • T/SCI with polygraph security clearance required
  • Experience working as an Intelligence Analyst with wide-ranging experience in DNI analysis:
    • 3+ years for mid-level
    • 8+ years for senior level
  • Prior demonstrated experience in the use of software applications
  • and databases associated with network analysis and target development.
  • Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries to answer specific questions with existing government tools.
  • Can task own selectors with assistance of senior analysts.
  • Possess a basic understanding internet protocols, digital telecommunications technologies, and internet routing.
  • Possess a basic understanding of SIGINT collection and capable of basic target discovery and collection triage.
  • Able to evaluate leads for tasking and able to use appropriate tasking authorities.
  • Writing skills and ability to work with senior reporters for some positions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SIGINT Development (SIGDev); SIGINT tools, techniques and processes
  • Analysis of geo locational data and sources
  • Knowledge of wireless technologies such as GSM, CDMA, LTE
  • Data normalization
  • Knowledge of telecommunications structures, including circuit and packet switched networks and converged networks
  • Familiarity with Wireless Network TCP/IP and sub netting
  • Knowledge of IPv6, routing concepts, Net Mapping and Target Templating
  • Social Network Analysis methodologies
  • Information assurance and/or cyber skills and terminology is a plus for some positions
  • Reporting experience
  • Net+, Security+, CEH, CCNA, Convergence+ and/or Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) Certifications are a plus

Clearance:

Must have and maintain active DoD TS/SCI & appropriate level polygraph for this position.
