Overview:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Undergo training on current cellular phone models.
  • Sign for inventory deliveries from third party shippers. Report discrepancies to supervisor.
  • Sort and disposition phone, repair and other inventory within warehouse in FIFO manner.
  • Receive inventory into inventory system.
  • Collect and disposition phones to appropriate areas within the Department and Company.
  • Package phones for storage and shipment. Coordinate the physical shipment of repaired goods to Retail Stores via the third-party shipper.
  • Create return authorizations and store transfers within the inventory system.
  • Keep workstation and inventory secure, neat, clean and organized at all times in compliance with company standards. Maintain and secure all company equipment, inventory and tools while maintaining a safe and secure work area.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for receiving daily shipments into inventory system, properly storing inventory in the proper locations and preparing/shipping inventory to Retail/Agent Stores while maintaining a safe, organized and secure work area.Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

High school diploma and previous inventory experience required. Forklift and Warehouse experience strongly preferred. Strong ability to learn and utilize technology to solve problems and gain efficiencies
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS /WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to lift 40lbs., bend, stoop, and crawl, have finger/wrist/arm mobility, and finger dexterity. Schedule may include some evenings and Saturdays.
