The Shift Leader is responsible for all aspects of the business. An overview of responsibilities includes guest experience, quality of product, the development of their team, all operations of the store, and community outreach. The SL should possess an owner mentality. The SL should be capable to be innovative and driven to create a strategy and achieve results for the business. Above all, the SL ultimately understands the guests are the foundation of the business and leads the store and the team with the same mentality. This position is perfect for a candidate who wants to and has the desire to grow to the level of an owner/operator of a comparable store. Owner mentality required! Any Candidate applying does not have to have food experience although would be beneficial.
