The ideal person for this role will learn all roles in the Front of House - host, ice cream, bar and server - and will be able to confidently handle customer interactions. This person will act as a floating support and manager during shifts as a shift leader and will be expected to hold employees to our high standards for service and quality. Pay starts at $15-$18/hour commensurate with experience. Pay increases will be given as additional skills are learned through training. Paid time off available, accrues from day 1 and can be taken at 6 months.
