Salary: $60 - $65 per hour

Overview: Business Analyst/PM to engage clients on projects, collect and document requirements, by coordinating and running requirement gathering sessions. Design and coordination of content migration efforts. Designing of Intranet and Information Architecture working with clients. Delegating configuration and customization to off-shore staff. Working sessions to train users. Collecting information on user issues and prioritization/coordination of resolutions. End user support. Monthly refinement and publishing of status reports.

Required SharePoint experience:

• Office 365 / SharePoint

• Document Management

• Configuring SharePoint Views

• Configuring Content Types

• Managed Metadata Taxonomies

• Search configuration

• Site and library configuration

• Security configuration and permissions management and external sharing

• SharePoint governance

• Web Part configuration

• SharePoint security administration

• Experience designing a corporate Intranet

• Migration experience (Sharegate preferred)

• Integration with external systems for metadata sourcing

Industry experience: (nice to have):

• Pharmaceutical/Dug development/clinical

• Finance (private equity or hedge fund preferable)

Very nice to have:

• Experience working with offshore staff

• Workflow experience

• Basic concepts of SharePoint Framework

• Power Automate

• PowerApps

• Experience of Azure environment

• MS-Project

• MS-Excel

• MS-PowerPoint
