Service Cashier

$500.00 Sign on Bonus for qualified applicant!

The service receptionist/cashier will be the first point of contact for our company and therefore hold one of the most important positions in the Company. Having a pleasant personality while offering administrative support is essential for success in this position.

*The position is full time with a varying schedule:

Monday to Friday:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

or

7:00 Am to 4:00 PM

AND

Saturdays: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• receiving payment from customers and recording amounts in data base
• recording and reconciling monies received on daily sheets
• courteously greeting and directing customers to the right department or advisor depending on their need
• Operating a telephone switchboard efficiently while maintaining great customer service
• making appointments for customers and working with Advisors to ensure correct time allotment needed for vehicle repairs
• Filing repair orders

• Prior cash handling experience

• Professional demeanor
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
