Interstate Ford has a rare opening for a Service Advisor. This position is responsible for selling repairs and related goods and services, handling warranty concerns, and waiting on customers in person as well as on the telephone. He / She must be able to multi-task, display good communication skills, and be a team-oriented individual with a positive commitment to customer satisfaction. This position offers income opportunities not found in most other industries. Individuals with attention to detail, great customer service skills, and a warm personality can do very well as a Service Advisor.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current /recent experience as a Service Advisor OR auto experience in areas such as express lube, customer service, vehicle repair, or sales
  • Proven ability to multi-task in past employment
  • Good computer skill set; able to work in CDK system
  • High school graduate; college a plus but not required
  • Satisfactory employment references
  • Pass background check
