Position: Breakfast Food Server- Best Brews @ Four Points Sheraton at Tin Lizzie Gaming Resort

Reports to: Restaurant Manager

Pay: $10 to $11 an hour plus tips


Four Points Best Brews Breakfast Server

As a Breakfast Server, you will serve food and/or beverages to customers while providing attentive, friendly, and exceptional guest service.

Your specific duties in this role will include:

  • Set-up and prepare the Best Brews coffee station and dining room
  • Stock, refresh and maintain coffee station, buffet, guest supplies, etc
  • Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant and coffee station during service and performing closing duties as directed
  • Greet guests in a friendly manner and verbally introduce breakfast options
  • Deliver food and beverage and other needed items in an expedient manner
  • Input orders into the POS and secure accurate payment
  • Clear, clean, sanitize and reset dining tables
  • Actively observe guests and respond to any additional guest requests and ensure a prompt and hassle-free dining experience from arrival to departure.
  • Stock and replenish supplies throughout the shift.
  • Complete daily inventory prep sheet.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area and surrounding public areas
  • Provide guests with accurate information related hotel services, hotel amenities, casino offerings, resort amenities, area attractions, etc

Requirements

If you have a positive, guest service first attitude, we are looking for YOU! Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, a drive to exceed expectations, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
