We are currently a fully-remote company, due to COVID-19, and will remain a remote-friendly company once we can safely return to site. We are headquartered in Chesterbrook, PA, and have product teams that were colocated in Philadelphia PA, Cambridge MA, and Exeter UK offices — when it's safe to do so, occasional travel will be required (<10% travel). This team is seeking someone with unique skills, experiences, and qualities, to add to the diversity of our group, but we want someone who shares a knack for simplifying the complexity of our Platform's robust capabilities, so that information is presented to users in clear, consumable, actionable ways. You will: Deliver accurate, concise, and well-written technical online content, on-screen help, error messages, and other content that will help and enable our users to perform their tasks. Innovate and modernize content and its delivery through the evaluation of metrics. Analyze and understand user needs and expectations in order to effectively advocate for them. You will be responsible for documentation of our Runtime environments, as well as supporting documentation for 1-2 other service areas. In addition to the technical writers and UX writers, you'll be working side-by-side with UX Researchers, Product Designers, Quality Engineers, Developers, Program Managers, and Product Owners. This role reports to the Director of User Experience. What you’ll achieve
We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Writer to join our growing Content practice in the User Experience Organization. You have the skills and enthusiasm for tackling complex concepts, and the desire to influence processes and strategies that accelerate the efficiency of documentation processes. You also have experience writing about, and using Cloud applications, including Enterprise Integration as a Service (iPaaS). Experience with API Management and/or Runtime environments is especially desirable.
