Summary

ManTech’s Federal Civilian Talent Acquisition team is looking for a strong Technical Talent Acquisition Partner that embraces goals, the customer mission, and challenges.Â

Responsibilities include, but limited to:

Strategic Client Management

  • Act as a TA trusted advisor and SME to offer recommendations, guidance and direction for strategic hiring, market intelligence, hiring mechanics, hiring compliance

  • Support strategic program hiring efforts by creating “go to marketâ€? talent acquisition and hiring strategies

  • Collaborate and consult with hiring managers to understand and help write detailed and compelling job descriptions, determine effective screening questions, develop interview scorecards, and post requisitions

  • Participate in weekly Talent Acquisition meetings with hiring manager and | or program leadership

  • Coordinate with market TA leadership and teams to ensure complete visibility and market awareness of ongoing and future opportunities to help drive critical hiring

  • Work with Program leadership, hiring managers and resources managers to ensure proper TA resource alignment

Talent Acquisition

  • Responsible for a full requisition load

  • Create, update and manage TA Trackers

  • Work directly with the Manager to ensure immediate and constant proactive communication

  • Source talent by utilizing the ATS, job boards, postings, referrals, and attending events

  • Consult with candidates, finds out what drives them and guides candidates through the hiring process

  • Screen talent to ensure candidates are qualified, cultural fits, and fully vetted for their interest in the role

  • Negotiate offers, prepare offer letter requests, and follows up to ensure success in closing candidates

  • Build strategic candidate pipelines to capture sourcing data to help build future talent pools

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, plus 4+ years of recruiting experience.

  • Experience supporting government contract staffing

  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing go to market strategies and delivery

  • Experience managing and working Virtual Career Fairs to attract technical talent holding a clearance

  • Business acumen, understands program operations and finance and how this role contributes to the business

  • Confident and capable of respectfully pushing back with hiring managers

  • Motivated to excel, competitive in nature, does not confuse “effortâ€? with “resultsâ€?

  • Expert Boolean searcher, active recruiter who goes out and finds passive candidates

  • Excellent sales skills, persuasive, and charismatic

  • Great organizer, on top of all issues and does not waste time presenting weak candidates

  • Solutions oriented and creative, out of the box thinker, identifies ways of working smartly

  • Proficient with Microsoft office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • In-depth knowledge OFCCP/EEO laws and regulations

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

  • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

  • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $71,500-$118,800. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
