As one of our HR Senior Managers, you’ll develop and implement strategy for our global Technology group by providing leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resources functions. Working closely with the senior leadership teams in your business groups, you’ll deliver strategic solutions and expertise in all aspects of Organizational Design, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Performance Management, Total Rewards, and Talent Development. You’ll play a critical role in consulting and coaching internal clients on people management, succession planning, including headcount forecasting and workforce planning, based on organizational goals and objectives. You enjoy solving problems and proactively leverage data, information and technology to inform talent decisions and strategy. You possess strong business acumen, which includes understanding company financials and fiscal drivers of an organization. You’re an accomplished people leader who both inspires and challenges your team and cross-functional partners to do their best work as you promote an environment of inclusion. You are aware of best practices and emerging trends in the talent and people arena. To thrive in this role, you’ve operated as a senior leader in Human Resources, having worked in high-growth environments, preferably in the technology space, supporting global teams in complex environments.

You are a skilled communicator across diverse populations of associates as well as internal business functions. You empower others to effectively respond to business requests and administer timely resolution.


This role may be located where Capital Group has an office domestically, ideally based in Los Angeles or Irvine, CA.

  • You have deep experience as a strategic partner to senior business leaders with the design and delivery of solutions for business groups, as well as provided coaching on development of high performing teams, building talent pipelines, and driving associate engagement.
  • You regularly analyze data and information to assess talent gaps and inform future direction.
  • Your background includes supporting global business functions in a senior level HR role, preferably in the technology industry.
  • You have expertise in leading, engaging, and building high performing teams and are passionate about leadership, emerging talent and business trends and driving the evolution of the strategic HR function.
  • You do your best work in fast-paced environments where critical thinking and proactive teamwork is essential for success.
  • Your approach is rooted in empathy, lifelong learning, resilience, relentless passion and an open mind.
  • You are a strong communicator across diverse populations of associates and pride yourself on your ability to build strong connections.
  • You demonstrate intellectual curiosity, change agility, analytical skills and sound judgement in areas of high complexity and ambiguity.
