As a member of the Lucid Motors Autonomous driving team, you will work closely with engineers from various AD/ADAS teams (e.g. Camera, Perception, Embedded) to define and implement an integrated system design that is efficient and keeps safety, efficiency and validation in mind. You will understand and help create the overall platform architecture. In this role, you will utilize best practices to define system interactions and resolutions to any potential failures Expectations:

    • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
    • Experience with embedded or Linux systems
    • Experience with software bring up on new hardware
    • Experience with C/C++ development
    • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external teams to for the integration and development of system software components
    • Consistent record of developing high quality software with an eye for simplicity
Advantageous:
    • Experience in development vehicle software or safety critical systems
    • Experience in development of Autonomous or Assisted driving systems
    • Prior experience in systems engineering or systems integration
    • Prior experience in automotive
Education:
    • BS minimum in the areas of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields
