Job Summary: This position is responsible for the oversight of site scoping activities in the assigned region, from initial design to potential redesigns.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manage projects with the local market customer and the appropriate internal team on scoping related tasks Oversee the production and quality of scoping resources pool to ensure compliance with Company and customer standards Liaise with the customer to determine final scope of work and/or resolve issues as required Provide feedback and communication pertaining to standards, requirements, and modifications to the processes of the scoping activities and team Coordinate with Scoping and Logistics Departments to adjust and modify materials and the bill of materials based on market requirements Measure KPIs such a weekly production of scope of work and bill of materials, accuracy of scoping, and cycle times Oversee the review and redline of the architecture and engineering construction drawings until accurate, and match final approved design Collaborate with internal teams and customer teams to finalize and promote radio frequency data sheets (RFDS) Interface with internal teams on the true-up and financial closeout of sites Collaborate with the Field Construction Managers on pre-construction site walk scope validations and modifications to scope of work needed prior to construction start

Supervisory Job Duties: Carries out supervisory duties in accordance with the Company’s objectives, policies, and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, planning, assigning, and directing work, interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing employee concerns, and partnering with Human Resources to resolve escalated employee matters. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
Education:
  • High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education
Experience:
  • Two to four years’ wireless construction experience
  • One to two years’ tower climbing experience preferred
  • One to two years’ supervisory experience preferred
  • Knowledge of the wireless infrastructure development process, site acquisition, zoning, permitting, civil construction, and RF equipment installation
  • Must have or obtain and maintain OSHA 10 construction training card
Technical Skills:
  • Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and radio frequency data sheets
Soft Skills:
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
  • Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgement, and solve problems
  • Ability to lead, teach, train, and motivate staff
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
  • Must be able to sit at a desk and/or work on a computer for 6-8 hours per day
  • May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
  • Must be able to travel to customer sites as needed, less than 5% of time
