Summary: Our growing food manufacturing facility is looking for sanitation workers! Prior Food Manufacturing sanitation is preferred, but not required. Must be able to work in hot, cold and wet environments, complete required paperwork and be accountable for the sanitation within the facility.

Job Description:

• Safely clean and sanitize industrial food manufacturing equipment.
• Responsible for deep cleaning of the entire facility throughout.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and the ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Disposing of trash from bins and containers.
• Other duties that maybe assigned by a manager or supervisor.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and able to adapt to changing cleaning schedules.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Well organized and detail oriented.
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.
