The ideal candidate has some post-secondary education or training, previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.), and a working knowledge of automotive sales. He or she must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. General Responsibilities: · Answer customer calls · Drive traffic for the Sales Department by setting appointments for prospective customers · Responding to Internet request · Respond to customer emails and texts · Handling incoming calls · Following up on customer visits · Provide customers with initial product information · Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment · Missed/Cancelled Appointment Follow Up · Lease Expiration Client Management · Prepare client VIP Folders · Greet Customers and perform introduction to specialist · Minimum 100 Outbound Phone Calls Daily · Document all customer notes in VIN Solutions CRM Schedule: Schedule will be provided by direct supervisor.
