We are looking to hire a person that will represent the BRINKS brand in a positive light and by doing so help to increase brand awareness and sales. The Brinks Employee is meant to embody the corporate identity in appearance, demeanor, values and ethics. The key element of a Brinks Rep is their ability to use promotional strategies that will strengthen the customer-product-service relationship and influence a large audience to buy and consume more. Predominantly, a Brinks Employee is known as a positive spokesperson, an opinion leader or a community influencer, appointed as an internal or external agent to boost product or service sales and create brand awareness.

Responsibilities

· Be the face of BRINKS Security

· Hand-out information and record successful completion of task

· Document any and all objections and questions raised by the recipients.

· Be polite and courteous when dealing with members of the public

· Do a demonstration of the new IQ2+ Panel & BRINKS app

Requirements

Selected candidates will need to possess the following qualities:

· Be comfortable talking with members of the community in a confident, polite and friendly manner

· Be capable of being physically active all day

· Be available for training

· Must be 18 years of age or older

· Follow instructions and work independently

· Be responsible, committed and efficient in completing all assigned tasks

· Previous experience in SALES is a plus but not a requisite

· Excellent verbal communication skills are a MUST

Compensation

· Weekly Pay through Direct Deposit

· $870 - $1,090 per week depending on 5- or 6-day work schedule

· Medical/Dental Insurance after 90 days

· Bonuses $500 - $1,000 every month

· Competition Prizes including iPad, Game Tickets, & Vacations
