Overview: Quadax is hiring a Sales Development Manager who will play a key role in managing and coaching a team of SDRs in Atlanta, GA. The Sales Development Manager is responsible for a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and their quota & goals. This role is ideal for a talented sales manager who has a proven history of successfully coaching B2B inside sales and/or sales development teams to beat monthly, quarterly and annual goals. The ideal candidate also excels at building camaraderie across a team and relationships with individual direct reports, and is well-versed in sales development strategies and tools.Responsibilities:
The Sales Development Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Enablement to create new customers and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas for set appointments and annual new business revenue. This sales position is responsible for the prospecting and development of lead qualification via the phone, trade shows, and in person with hospital administrators, office managers, and physician practices to drive sales and maximize growth to achieve corporate goals and increase market share.
