REQUIREMENTS

- must be able to work weekends & evenings
- strong online skills & computer experience
- be exceptionally well suited for sales & customer service
- if you’re not vegan, you are able to proselytize for cruelty-free design

DUTIES

• assist customers on the till & in the store
• attend to customer’s individual needs
• e-commerce store data entry
• post on social media
• build online community
• run sales & marketing campaigns
• pick, pack & ship + online customer care
• ship & receive
• replenish inventory & management
• refresh displays
• visual merchandising
• open & close shop
• general maintenance routines i.e. cleaning & organizing

ABILITIES & QUALITIES

- we are seeking applicants who can hit the ground running & think on your feet. you need to be able to see what needs to get done & then get the job done. you work alone so you need to be a self-starter

- it helps if you have a background or strong interest in web-, graphic-, industrial-, fashion design, veganism or architecture. you probably love contemporary art, architecture or product design
