The Position:
JetSplash Sales Advisors are the first point of contact with our customers. Sales Advisors help process customer vehicles efficiently while offering excellent customer service. Main objectives include: clearly explaining wash products/services, selling memberships and other services that best fit the customer's needs and maintaining high-quality customer relations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, assess their vehicle and offer products/services that best suit their car washing needs.
• Provide efficient, friendly, quality customer service to every customer.
• Selling memberships, bundle wash packages and other wash products/services.
• Operate the cash register and process payments using JetSplash's point-of-sale system.
• Answering the phone – taking messages or directing the call to the correct department.
• Clear communication with other team members.
• Promptly handle any membership management questions/problems that may arise.
• Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of point-of-sale office.
• Complete daily greeter opening/closing duties.

• Excellent communications skills – both verbal and written.
• A friendly, positive and outgoing personality.
• The ability to stay organized and multi-task.
• A self-motivated, sales-oriented individual.
• The ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
• Basic computer and mathematic skills.
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
