JOB DESCRIPTION: We engage with consumers (TX Residents) at farmers markets, festivals, local businesses, and community events, educating them about their right to support Pollution-Free energy and helping them make the easy switch to go green! This position mainly involves face-to-face interaction behind booths at set venues (It does NOT involve door-to-door or telemarketing activity). KEY QUALIFICATIONS: -Must be fluent in both english and spanish. -Strong communication skills and persuasiveness that let you converse freely with consumers and complete sign ups -Motivation to meet individual sales goals and contribute to overall team goals -Genuine interest in creating a cleaner environment, increasing consumer awareness, and improving your sales related skills SCHEDULING: is flexible, part-time,full time, and coordinated week by week. Availability can be anywhere from 20-29 hours a week. Minimum requirement: 1 weekend day availability (Friday-Sunday) COMPENSATION: Excellent compensation package includes bonuses, flexible scheduling, paid training supportive team environment, access to fun events, networking opportunities and advancement potential.
