Key attributes and responsibilities of the position include:
- Strip rooms and take soiled linens/terry to the laundry
- Make beds per company and brand standards
- Clean guest rooms to company and brand standards
- Stock guest rooms to company and brand standards
- Clean kitchens, equipment, and utensils to company and brand standards
- Carries out deep cleaning duties as assigned
- Organize and stock supplies on housekeeping carts
- Clean hallways, stairs, and other common areas in the vicinity of rooms that have been assigned
- Follows key control and security procedures
- Reports inventory shortages to the Head Housekeeper, Assistant General Manager, or General Manager
Qualifications:
- Prior hotel or cleaning experience a plus!
