Crawford Inspection Services has opportunities for the self starter, independent contractor aspiring to inspect commercial and residential roofs for the insurance claims industry. Perfect for those aspiring to become a Property Claims Adjuster. This is a 1099 Supplemental On-Demand role that allows you work from home and accept local assignments when you are available.

Top Roof Inspectors posses:

• Entrepreneurial Sprit
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to safely climb and inspect any type of roof of various height and pitch
• Roofing and construction related backgrounds and/or insurance claims experience are a plus but not required

Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle with the ability to transport ladders of varying lengths
• Ability to climb and assess any roof
• Android or IOS Smart Phone for the ability to navigate the CIS Mobile App
• At least a 20ft Ladder
• Successful background completion is required

There is no licensing requirement for roof inspectors, however, individuals that are HAAG Certified or Rope & Harness Certified are preferred.
