Infusion nurses are responsible for initiating and maintaining intravenous lines and tubing, administering medication and fluid therapy, and educating families on line maintenance and treatment.

Infusion nurses ensure patients receive the correct IV for the treatment ordered, select and manage the appropriate device and monitor and evaluate the patient's response to the IV therapy. Infusion nurses monitor patients, manage their tubing, maintain arterial catheters, and observe for potential drug complications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Preferred)
