Responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in the overall administration and coordination of branch operations including, but not limited to: staff scheduling and supervision; resolving/addressing employee-related issues; managing work flow to avoid long customer wait times; weekly/monthly/quarterly operational audits/tests; verification of logs; producing and maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports; accurate maintenance of customer records; reconciling internal accounts; maintaining proper cash levels; researching teller cash outages; observing customer service successes/failures and looking for opportunities to coach staff; teaching/reinforcing product knowledge to staff; supporting/reinforcing cross-sell efforts; providing for continuous education for staff; accurate maintenance of internal bank records; ensuring that all work is scanned timely and accurately; maintaining up-to-date knowledge of bank policies and procedures; and other tasks and duties as assigned.
