Server/Waitress/Waiter
?Primary responsibilities and requirements:
- ?Provide excellent guest service
- ?Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor
- ?Cultivate regular guests and repeat business
- ?Suggestively sell both beer, wine and menu items to restaurant guests
- ?Deliver food items and beverage orders promptly
- ?Prioritize and organize drink and food orders
- ?Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance alcohol awareness training and HOB alcohol policies
- ?Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests and teammates by speaking and understanding English
- ?Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- ?Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
- ?Helps fellow team members whenever necessary
- ?Always on time and ready to perform all required duties
- ?Assisting with receiving delivery and organization of wine and beer orders
- ?Candidates must be able to multitask and thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment where customer service and teamwork is the focus.
?The ideal candidates are outgoing and passionate hospitality professionals with a minimum of one serving experience. Competitive income and growth potential.
? Opening Duties
- ?Setting up the restaurant tables and bar
- ?Collect empty glasses, dishes from the bar and tables, clean bar top, restaurant tables, floor, windows, doors, restock, organize
? Closing Duties
- ?Wash all the glassware, restock beer, wine, etc. clean the bar, tables, floors.
- ?Empty trash and boxes, make sure that the beer cooler/wine storage and keg room is clean and organized, always "Close to Open." Leave everything ready for the next day, maintain restaurant and all service stations in clean condition.
- ?Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food, wine and beer
- ?Participate in a team style atmosphere.
