We are looking for experienced Server/Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

Pair time and full time shifts are available.

Server/Waitress/Waiter

?Primary responsibilities and requirements:

  • ? General Requirements
  • ?Provide excellent guest service
  • ?Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor
  • ?Cultivate regular guests and repeat business
  • ?Suggestively sell both beer, wine and menu items to restaurant guests
  • ?Deliver food items and beverage orders promptly
  • ?Prioritize and organize drink and food orders
  • ?Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance alcohol awareness training and HOB alcohol policies
  • ?Able to communicate effectively with managers, guests and teammates by speaking and understanding English
  • ?Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • ?Displays a positive attitude toward teammates and managers
  • ?Helps fellow team members whenever necessary
  • ?Always on time and ready to perform all required duties
  • ?Assisting with receiving delivery and organization of wine and beer orders
  • ?Candidates must be able to multitask and thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment where customer service and teamwork is the focus.

? Opening Duties

  • ?Setting up the restaurant tables and bar
  • ?Collect empty glasses, dishes from the bar and tables, clean bar top, restaurant tables, floor, windows, doors, restock, organize

? Closing Duties

  • ?Wash all the glassware, restock beer, wine, etc. clean the bar, tables, floors.
  • ?Empty trash and boxes, make sure that the beer cooler/wine storage and keg room is clean and organized, always "Close to Open." Leave everything ready for the next day, maintain restaurant and all service stations in clean condition.
  • ?Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food, wine and beer
  • ?Participate in a team style atmosphere.
