About the Job

Assists the physician with endoscopic procedures and monitors the physiological status of the patient throughout the pre, intra and post-procedure periods.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Endoscopy Team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patient’s progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Scheduled Hours

Per diem, hours assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
• ACLS required
• PACU, Procedural or Telemetry experience preferred
• IV Insertion experience preferred
• Procedural Sedation experience preferred
