We are seeking a driven, dependable, passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will provide 1:1 behavior intervention in an in home environment; including daily data collection. The RBT will assist the client in developing prescribed socially valid behaviors for which consent by the guardian has been obtained prescribed by the Supervising BCBA and consented to by the client and/or guardian.
Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect behavior supports for assigned clients.
• Implement protocols prescribed by the Supervising BCBA.
• Develop and maintain client files and graphs.
• Produce legible and grammatically correct comprehensive SOAP or Service Delivery Notes.
• Participate in planning and implementation of behavior change protocols.
• Participate in weekly and monthly supervisory meetings.

• Maintain routine order on dorm unit and during activities
• Address group concerns according to Positive Peer Culture standards and elicit positive change for residents
• Complete assessments, reviews and other documentation in a timely manner

• Must be current RBT Certification
• Must hold a minimum of an associate’s degree from an accredited school or two years of coursework in a related field
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children
• Must be committed to a one year employment contract
• Must be able to independently and repeatedly lift, move and carry objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds and sit on the floor with the children
• Must have a valid Drivers’ license
