What We’re Looking For

• A.A.S. in Electronics Technology, Computer Science, or Business required (Bachelor’s degree preferred), or military equivalent
• Customer Service mindset as the foundation and motivation for all decision making
• At least 5 years of related experience
• Extensive experience and ability to interface with Customers, Management and Corporate personnel at all levels

Why We Need You

• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and field service personnel
• Coach and manage the performance of your team of direct reports
• Establish procedures, methods, and workflow
• Prepare reports and/or maintain performance data
• Monitor and control all schedule changes, vacations, and sick time used including attendance and punctuality
• Respond timely to customer complaints or inquiries
• Provide training and/or ensure training requirements are met
• Maintain training records for your team
• Assist field engineers with logistics and other administrative issues
• Assume manager responsibilities when required
• Work in a team environment while participating as a team member focused on continuous improvement and total customer satisfaction.
