Employment Type : Full-Time

The City of Monte Vista is accepting applications for the position of Recreation Assistant. The Recreation Assistant is responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing recreational activities, sports leagues and other programs for community participants ranging in age from youth through adult. Assists the Recreation Director/Ski-Hi Event Center Manager with all activities at City owned athletic fields, parks and venues. Performs field preparation and maintenance; building maintenance and cleaning. Processes paperwork related to special and sporting events. Minimum of three (3) years’ of progressively responsible experience in recreation and sports is desired. This is full time employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
