As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our company. Your duties include offering administrative support across the organization, assisting the veterinarian with clerical duties, scheduling appointments, taking care of client requests, invoicing clients for services and reconciling the cash drawer at the end of the day.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Hybrid curbside protocol. All staff and clients to wear a mask when inside building. Extensive cleaning daily.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Veterinary experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
