Role Summary:

• The Front Office Clerk/ Receptionist is responsible for front office functions including patient relations, appointment scheduling, telephone duties, patient registration, insurance verification, medical records and filing while promoting positive customer relations to achieve customer satisfaction. The Receptionist/Front Office Clerk uses effective interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively, professionally and cordially with patients, families, staff and physicians. This position works under minimal supervision and reports to the practice manager.

Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and 1 year relevant experience
