We are looking for an ASL bilingual junior real estate agent - fluent in both English and American Sign Language. Our top producing agent is fluent in ASL and has a large client database and referral network within the deaf community. We are in need of a licensed real estate agent (if unlicensed, then must be willing to get licensed by the end of 2021) who can assist and support our agent in showings and other real estate activities within the deaf community. At the same time, you will also be building your own client database/network as well as receive the coaching and training provided to all agents on the team.

• Serve as an extension of the organization's top producing agent in the deaf community
• Assist with working agent's ASL client pipeline
• Showing assistant for clients
• Schedule and coordinate showings
• Perform all functions of a REALTOR for your own clients and sphere in alignment with the agent's team goals

• Bilingual - English and American Sign Language (ASL)
• In office position
• History of achieving and consistently exceeding personal goals
• Self-motivated and fast learner
• Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
• Flexibility in schedule to allow for after-hours/weekend tasks as needed - weekend work required
• Experience using Google Suite
• Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required, associates or bachelor's degree preferred
• Licensed agent preferred, but not required (will be required to obtain a license)
