POSITION: Program Manager LOCATION: San Jose Compensation: $83-88K DOE SUPERVISOR: Support Services Director PROGRAM SUMMARY: HomeFirst Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a Rapid Rehousing Single Adult Program serving individuals in Santa Clara County. The RRH program provides time-limited rental subsidies, case management, housing identification and other supportive services to support participants move into sustainable housing as quickly as possible and achieve independence and long-term housing stability. The RRH Single Adult program practices a strengths-based, client-centered and critical time intervention approach to help participants maintain housing stability independently. The Program Manager position will oversee a team consisting of Case Managers, Housing Specialist and Outreach Specialist. The Program Manger will also manage the Rental Assistance Program Administrator (RAPA) and be responsible for processing financial assistance payments related to participants housing subsidy. This includes security deposits, rental subsidies, and other housing assistance.
