JOB SCOPE
The Program Manager scope of responsibility is to manage and maintain the Product Portfolio in Network Security while driving additional projects that feed into the Portfolios.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Expert proven skills responsible for the Deployment, and Expansion of Multiple technologies in Application Platform Operations.
- Develop, Manage and support Applications Platform Operations product catalogs including but not limited to Systems Deployment, Capacity Management, and Cloud solutions.
- As part of each program, Identify usable meaningful reporting metrics for new deployments, Impacts to policies and potential policy updates.
- Develop deployment plans and drive deployments of new hardware technology and applications.
- Creates, manages, and distributes product schedules, meeting agendas, action items, and project status reports.
- Collaborates with cross-functional groups through the entire product deployment life cycle and communicates effectively (written and verbal) across multiple departments and management levels.
- Communicates effectively (written and verbal) across multiple departments and management levels.
- Drives cross-functional engineering and operations teams to deliver the projects on schedule.
- Engage with vendors for prospective new security applications, provide a comparative analysis between vendors. Vendor selection.
BASIC / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum ten (10) years of Project / IT / Engineering field work experience.
- Minimum seven (7) years of Project Management experience.
ADDITIONAL JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Telecommunications and Operations experience.
- Excellent multi-tasking, negotiation, and personal organizational skills are a requirement.
- Understanding of JIRA, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
- Ability to build and manage business relationships, and build trust by meeting commitments.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Training.

The pay for this position has a minimum of $85,900.00. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
