Summary

The Program Manager for the development of our proprietary software is a key strategic role in Celink’s success. The Program Manager is responsible for driving the various teams – both internal and external – to manage the development, deployment, and adoption of the modules of the new loan servicing platform. This position will work with Technology Leadership as well as others across the organization to coordinate the work on application development, create and execute against the project plan, proactively mitigate risks, and help manage the software development life cycle from inception to production launch and post production support.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business and technology leaders and key stakeholders to review and help define objectives and requirements for components of the software
  • Prioritize requirements and define scope to meet business needs in a timely manner given available resources
  • Work with Business Owners, Technology Leadership, and project teams to understand how different modules integrate with each other and the larger platform (e.g., logical progression of work, interdependencies, etc.)
  • Identify, manage, and monitor program wide variables across platform
  • Report on progress, statues, risks, and next steps for all projects contained within the program to the Sponsors, Business Owners, and Executive Management and all other appropriate parties
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute (as appropriate) standard project management deliverables for the successful launch of new modules, including implementation plan, project schedule, project budget and variances, issues & action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies
  • Coordinate with Scrum masters, project teams, and Change Management to ensure successful releases in accordance with approved guidelines
  • Partner with Operations to identify areas in need of improvement to increase organizational efficiency and decrease risks
  • Formulate and implement plans for recovery, alteration of work or otherwise handling emergencies, disruptions of programs, production or project schedules and unanticipated events
  • Work with project teams, Business Owners and Finance department to create and track cost-benefit analysis and ROI

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 5+ years of Program Management or Technical Product Management experience in a technology-oriented organization
  • Proven track record of successfully launching technology solutions with geographically distributed team environment
  • Extensive experience with Agile methodologies
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Experience managing complex software development efforts with high visibility and aggressive timelines
  • Finance industry experience preferred
