Overview: AS THE DIRECTOR OF INPATIENT REHABILITATION, you'll execute direct administration of the rehabilitation center and joint center as evidence by achieving results in clinical quality, service excellence, Human Resources Management and Financial Management. The director assists in developing and implementing a strategic plan for the growth and development of Rehab and Joint Center Services.

Qualifications:
  • Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License or Temporary Practice Permit required
  • Bachelors Degree required or obtained within three (3) years of start date in position
  • Masters Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field preferred
  • Minimal of two (2) years current experience in Rehabilitation care, and management in Acute Care required
  • Management experience in Rehabilitation care preferred
  • Healthcare provider (CPR) and ACLS Certification required
