POSITION ROLE / RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Manufacturing Production Assembler, you will be responsible for filling customer orders, operating equipment to create finished goods, packaging products, and upholding our safety standards, and play a key role in our light assembly manufacturing process. You will support continuous and high-yield production of our LED or Halogen lights and ensuring quality standards are met. Our manufacturing facilities provide a safety-first environment and are committed to efficient production processes. Primary duties: * Ability to read work order instructions to facilitate assembly of our products * Operate hand-held tools * Be able to identify quality and inferior products per our requirements * Maintain good manufacturing practices * Maintain pace with production and perform line duties efficiently to prevent line shutdowns * Communicate product quality concerns to management within a timely manner * Maintain cleanliness of the work areas by sweeping, dusting, and removing trash from the area. * Replace product bins and production area for the next shift * Package finished goods into boxes * Other duties as may be necessary or as requested by Management QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS : * High School Diploma or GED Preferred * Basic math and reading skills * Must be able to lift 10 – 20 pounds occasionally during the day * Manufacturing or production experience a plus BENEFITS : * Working hours allow for ½ days on Fridays (unless overtime is needed) * Clean work environment and quieter than most manufacturing facilities * High-Tech work environment with error-proof workstations * Reimbursement for ESD Safety Shoes and glasses * Attendance Incentives * Paid Time Off o 10 Company Paid Holidays o Generous Vacation Package * Employees working 32 hours or more qualify for (waiting periods apply) - Medical / Dental / Vision Insurances - Employer Sponsored Health Savings Account (HSA) Contributions - Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to help you meet deductibles * Company Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability - 401k Contributions with Company Match Vignal ABL USA Inc is an equal opportunity employer.
