We work with social media influencers to monetize their followers by creating products to sell via eCommerce. We work at a fast pace and have lots of fun along the way. After many requests, we’re starting a new intern program for college students pursuing applicable degrees during the spring, summer, and fall semesters. This is an extraordinary opportunity to gain hands-on experience and to learn from an amazing team. WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Collaborate with Product Design Supervisor to plan and create monthly kit and retail items.
  • Merge ideas about color, pattern, and shape into cohesive themes for products.
  • Create fresh, original designs that emulate and complement our Brand Partner's signature styles.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure quality control and design integrity of final product; work within manufacturer's specifications.
  • Produce and test product prototypes.
  • Conceptualize products and design.
  • Understand technological elements and constraints.
  • Offer creative and innovative problem solving.
  • Ensure the brand vision and identity is consistently translated in all design assets.
  • Obtain team approval by presenting final layouts and illustrations; responding to internal commentary and requests.
  • Stay current on industry trends and report recommendations to the team.
  • Assist in the creative direction of product shoots as requested.
  • Translate corporate strategies into compelling and innovative creative concepts that engage the consumer, drive traffic, sales and continue to build the brand’s relevance and desirability.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE


  • Currently pursuing your BA or BFA in graphic design or related field.
  • Mac proficient.
  • Creative and innovative mind.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Illustrator.
  • Seeks out and responds well to feedback and art direction and is results-oriented; flexible and able to be coached.
  • Experience with 3D mockups is a plus.
  • Previous packaging experience is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills – Demonstrates strong planning skills, prioritizing and managing conflicting demands to meet deadlines with high quality projects; exhibits a high degree of independence managing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, often changing environment.
  • Communication – Superb interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Clear and concise written and oral communication skills; some copy writing required. Builds relationships and works collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail Orientation – Exhibits a high level of accuracy.
  • Change Agility – Able to navigate successfully and positively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where change occurs rapidly; flexible, observant and learns quickly.
