Are you passionate about helping Nonprofit organizations (NPO) use technology and solutions to enhance their ability to deliver on their mission? Do you enjoy diving deep with NPOs of all sizes to better understand their biggest challenges and how AWS services and solutions can help? Are you skilled at translating customer needs into cohesive and generalizable use cases with applicability beyond the initial problem statement? Do you enjoy architecting, building technical solution prototypes? The AWS Non-profit business and Social Impact (NPO) team is looking for a talented Principal Product Manager (Technical) to the do all these things across the NPO vertical and all nonprofit sub-verticals.
In this role you will work with AWS leadership to build our business strategy and product vision, oversee the development and management of solutions, and launch the product in the market segment. We are looking for someone with deep expertise in AWS services, SaaS product development, passion for NPO, and an established track record of launching cloud based products.
A successful candidate should be able to manage delivering products while simultaneously defining and driving strategic product planning for forward looking initiatives. We are looking for a broad and deep leader who will own and drive product management across a range of offerings important to NPOs. We are looking for experienced technical builder who is passionate about solving NPO customer problems, and has demonstrated success working backwards from NPO customer needs, translating them into disruptive, successful products that delight customers.
