Under the direction of the Account Resolution Supervisor, this position is responsible for identifying key elements of patient demographics and reports and connecting the information to our internal billing software.

This position is instrumental in sending out clean claims for our clients to receive the funds for services rendered (radiology services). This position maintains day to day communication with other members of the team to ensure patient and client satisfaction.

• This role requires an analytical, detail oriented individual with the ability to identify trends that lead to process improvement.
• Must be able to establish good relationships with out-facing and in-facing customers.
• Excellent customer service skills are required to assist in collecting monies due and maintain good relationships with payers.
• Compiles statistics and prepares various reports .
• Answers questions from patients and clients.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance.

Must Have

• Graduation from high school or the equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to read, write and speak English and basic mathematical skills.
• Working knowledge of computers, and MS Office software to include Access, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• License(s)/Certification(s): Medical Billing and/ or Coding Certificate preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
