Job Description Minimum salary for this position is $60,000 and comes with a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid vacation and sick time; paid federal holidays; health, dental and vision coverage; and 401(k) matching. The starting pay for this position is equal to others at the same level throughout the organization. Candidates whose experience meets both the minimum and preferred qualifications may be considered for a starting salary that exceeds the current amount. Position Title: Policy Manager

Location: Flexible, Washington DC preferredJOB SUMMARY AND KEY PRIORITIES:This new position at Active Minds will be an integral part of the growing policy and advocacy work at Active Minds. The manager will play a key role in tracking mental health-related policy to inform and develop Active Minds’ strategic advocacy plan. They will manage and oversee our organization’s policy strategies including supervising the work of outside consultants to develop a strategic advocacy plan; collaborating with partner organizations on policy work and activities; co-leading initiatives that engage Active Minds volunteers in advocacy work; and proposing new initiatives for the organization.
