Sure Cure LLC is seeking full time Physical Therapy Receptionist/ Tech at outpatient clinic in Southgate, MI. This position requires excellent communication skill, multitasking, excellent customer service, teamwork, basic computer skills, punctuality and a positive attitude to do what is needed for individual and team to provide excellent treatment environment in outpatient clinic. The job responsibilities include: Contacting patients, verifying insurance details and coverage, therapy prior authorizations from insurance companies, answering phones and fax documents, scheduling appointments, verifying co-pay / deductible payments, sending billing in epic system, filling of documents and assisting physical therapy team for providing excellent environment for treatment. Previous medical/ outpatient receptionist experience, Insurance prior authorization knowledge, Web Dennis, Epic system knowledge and high school diploma is preferable.
