Kesi Dibrani, Owner of MoonLite Diners and Fratellis Italian restaurants in south east Florida is looking for a personal assistant. Extensive experience is not required however some experience and willingness to learn and a desire to be part of a growing company would be required and appreciated. Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to: *Overseeing and managing social media to promote and ensure proper brand representation. *Acting as a point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls, Managing and organising meetings and appointments, *Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation. *Some accounting skills to oversee expenses and assistance in paying bills in a timely manner. *Some IT experience is required and familiarity with social media outlets to assist tech department in keeping our vision aligned with our brand Qualifications *Social media experience and personal assistant or a similar role *Exceptional verbal and written communication skills *Ability to manage time in accordance with needs *Outstanding organizational skills *Knowledge of computer function and applicable business software We are looking forward to hearing from you. Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $10.00 - $15.00/hour.
