Ledger is looking for its US People Business Partner to support the growth of the local teams and act as an ambassador for the People team in the region. This also is an opportunity to lead HR solutions in the region, ensuring high caliber HR processes and people-centered policies adapted to the local market. Most importantly, the HRBP will ensure a strong OneLedger culture in the context of a fast-growing scale up.
Based ideally in NYC, or on the East Coast, you'll belong to Ledger's People Team and a part of the People Relations Department led by its director. This is an exciting hyper growth opportunity, in which you'll get exposure to every team at Ledger, working with departments, senior leaders, and executives across the business.
Build a strong relationship with managers and employees located in our US offices (approximately 70 employees by the end of 2022 split between 2 locations: NYC, Portland, Oregon) on generalist HR topics as well as on complex issues and strategic HR projects
