Growing Oceanside branch of Westchester based litigation firm with national practice seeks part-time Paralegal. Scheduling can be flexible. Experience in No Fault work a plus.

The following is a brief overview of the day-to-day responsibilities and tasks:

• Completing trial prep work;
• Assisting in court filings and basic motion practice;
• Handling a No Fault calendar;
• Having an understanding of the court system - when, where, why, and how to file certain motions;
• Having strong research skills;
• Having familiarity with NY courts;
• Having experience reviewing medical and accident reports; and
• Having client contact experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
