St. Joseph the Workman Cathedral Parish, a growing vibrant Catholic parish located downtown La Crosse, WI, seeks a full-time (32 hours per week) energetic, highly organized, and collaborative Parish Mission Associate to assist leadership in deepening and sustaining integrated and involved parish life. This person fosters parishioners' growth in knowledge and practice of the Faith and facilitates active relational commitment to the parish family. Principal duties include developing avenues in which increased knowledge of and love for the faith leads to a deepened relationship with Christ; promotes devotional life; organizes parish events; and supports sacramental prep. Required qualifications: practicing Catholic; relevant working experience; bachelor's degree (or working toward it); good communication, organizational and team-building skills; proficient in social media; and excellent writing/communication skills.
