Well known plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeks paralegal for immediate opening. Candidates must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience. Only candidates with prior personal injury experience will be considered for this position.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

• Handling all types of personal injury claims from initial client intake through pre-suit and litigation.
• Experience drafting and filing basic court pleadings, preparing discovery responses, requesting medical bills and records
• Experience negotiating medical liens
• Basic knowledge of rules of court and civil procedure
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Paralegal certificate (preferred)
• Bi-lingual candidates (preferred)
