Position Summary
The Litigation Paralegal position will provide organizational and practice specific assistance to attorneys and paralegals in the Litigation Department in preparing litigation cases from onset through post trial including related research and analysis. Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, ability to work well with others and in a team setting, ability to work well with and interact with clients and witnesses, and ability to handle multiple priorities and work in an organized, efficient manner at any given time. Supports the department with general administrative duties and special projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assists attorneys and paralegals in all stages of litigation cases from onset through post trial.
Skills & Competencies
Communicate professionally and interact effectively with all levels of personnel, including management staff and support staff.
Qualifications & Prior Experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal within a law firm with demonstrated knowledge of complex issues within the Litigation practice area.
