Job Summary:
The nursing aide supports 2 functions within the hospital. Under the Supply Distribution Services cost center the Nursing Aide would be responsible to ensure that the hospital has adequate supplies for day to day operations. Under the Central Transport Cost center the Nursing Aide provides safe and timely transport for patients through the hospital.

Education - Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED



Experience - Required:
  • less than 1 year experience in a distribution center or related field



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required:
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to build comprehensive reports and effectively convey information to others.
  • Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Location: Lehigh Valley Health Network ยท Central Transport
Schedule: Full Time 37.5 hours, Multiple Shifts, 75 hours Bi-Weekly; Weekends/Holidays as assigned
