Overview: Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting professional to join the Application team. We are looking for a strong leader who will form strategic partnerships with our Business Partners in their digital journey and help them conceive, design and implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual to make an impact in a growing business. As a senior member we are looking for someone who possesses a strong finance/CRM background and experience in implementing finance/CRM packaged solutions, lead engagements involving alignment of multiple stakeholders and comfortable in discussing and demonstrating Dynamics 365 for Finance/CRM to our Business Partners.
This role will require you to have conversations at many different levels from deep technical details to C-level management about technology costs and business benefits. You will apply advanced analysis skills, communication skills and experience in the domain of ERP and CRM solutions to define appropriate Business solutions, to design and prepare estimates for Business implementations.
You will also work closely with multiple teams across IT to help bring comprehensive solutions to our Business Partners and provide feedback to Delivery team so that Business requirements are understood and reflected in future product releases. You will work with Microsoft's partners to assist in the delivery of high-quality engagements around Microsoft's solution areas, technologies, services and products. You will also help assist customers in stabilizing developed solutions using Microsoft methodologies in complex customer environments.Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a BS/BA degree, or equivalent work experience plus 5-7 years of relevant work experience, with 5+ ERP and/or CRM large scale enterprise projects (preferably Dynamics) in multiple industries. Successful candidate will have relevant analysis, design, configuration and implementation experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions specially around Finance, Supply Chain, Billing, Customer Service, Field Service, Sales, and integration. The successful candidate’s primary responsibility will be functional consulting regarding Dynamics 365.Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery including Scoping, Requirement gathering workshops, Solution Design, Configuration, and lead teams through development and deployment phases
• Be a Subject matter expert, build strong, trusted relationships with our Business Partners and be a leader
• Deliver effective presentations to various audiences and possess excellent communication skills
• Maintain extensive product group relationships and drive technical readiness for Dynamics solutions with product certifications and ISV packaged solution
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Program managers, Developers, and Administrators to ensure successful delivery and successful project go-lives
• Drive client workshops to demonstrate product capabilities and gather customer requirements
• Analyze requirements and design technical solutions to meet business goals, objectives and functional/nonfunctional requirements in alignment with architectural standards
• Disposition requirements to be addressed by out of the box features, via standard configuration and via customization
• Be responsible for leading and/or development tasks related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP), Sales, Customer Service, Field Service (CRM)
• Support the development of test scenarios/scripts and testing of developed solution
• Develop appropriate requirements, design, testing and deployment documentation to support the solution delivery
• Provide subject matter expertise to customers around implementation methodologies and how to successfully deploy solutions
• Working with other team members and leaders, proactively identify and resolve issues
• Contribute best practices, lessons learned with focus on continuous improvement

• Experience with implementing large projects on the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP), Sales, Customer Service, Field Service (CRM)
• Hands-on experience with multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 implementations
• Understanding of competitive technology to properly assess feasibility of migrating legacy solutions from, and/or integrating with existing legacy systems from non-Microsoft platforms
• Work experience involving technical consulting, solution design, project envisioning, planning, development, deployment, and management
• Industry leading breadth knowledge of subject area and have demonstrated analysis and communication skills connecting technology and business problems

• Minimum 10 years of demonstrated work experience in Business application/ERP technologies
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft AX/Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations and/or CRM implementations
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and executive presentation skills
• Knowledge of industry standard implementation methodologies

• Ability to navigate difficult conversations and drive effective solutions to business problems
• Holistic solution, design, architecture, data migration and integration skills
• Previous track record delivering the full project life cycle
• Dynamics AX 2012/ Dynamics 365 configuration, development leadership and deployment

• Azure Dev Ops
• Dynamics ISV solutions – Dynarent, Red Maple, Avalara
• Power Platform – Power Apps, Power BI
• Azure Logic Apps – overall experience with integrations
• Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate certification
